In Monday's non-league contest, the host Jackson Fighting Indians basketball team scored a big 63-24 triumph over the Dexter Bearcats.
The Fighting Indians (20-1) will now prepare for their contest against Sikeston (Sikeston, MO). The Bulldogs go into the Southeast Missouri contest with a 13-8 record.
In their next game, the Bearcats battle the Fredericktown Black Cats (Fredericktown, MO) in a Mineral Area - Large contest, on Thursday, February 27. Dexter will attempt to better on its 11-12 season record. The Black Cats go into the contest with a 15-9 record after their 69-25 non-league win over Crystal City (Crystal City, MO).
