The Marvin Ridge Mavericks the visiting Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers lacrosse team by a tally of 13-11 in Monday's non-league game.

Next up, the Mavericks play the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 28. Marvin Ridge will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Knights come into the game with a 1-0 record after their 19-5 league win over Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC).
