In Tuesday's non-league game, the host St. Augustine Purple Knights baseball squad scored a tight 4-2 triumph over the Lakeshore .

With the triumph, St. Augustine advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Purple Knights host Faith Academy (Mobile, AL) to battle the Rams in a non-league match on Thursday, February 26. The Rams come into the match with a record of 3-0. Faith Academy won 15-0 in their recent non-league match against Thomasville (Thomasville, AL)

The now have a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Archbishop Shaw for a non-league test on Friday, February 27. Lakeshore will play a Eagles team coming off a 14-9 non-league loss to Franklinton (Franklinton, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-6.
