The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Snyder Tigers (Snyder, TX) and the visiting Lamesa Tornadoes (Lamesa, TX), saw Snyder's baseball team gain a win over Lamesa by a tally of 13-7.

The Tigers (2-2) will now prepare for their battle against Big Spring (Big Spring, TX). The Steers enter the 4A Region I District 5 battle with a 3-9 record.

Next, the Tornadoes face the Kress Kangaroos (Kress, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 26. Lamesa will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record. The Kangaroos come into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 13-6 league loss to Floydada (Floydada, TX).
