The Arlington Lions the host Poly Bears baseball team by a count of 5-3 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Lions now possess a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Hillcrest for a River Valley bout on Tuesday, March 1. Arlington will face a Trojans team coming off a 11-3 league win over Patriot (Jurupa Valley, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-5.

Next, the Bears face the Canyon Springs Cougars (Moreno Valley, CA) in a Ivy bout, on Friday, March 4. Poly will attempt to move on its 3-3 season record.
