The Leola/Frederick Titans (Leola, SD) basketball felled the host Ipswich Tigers (Ipswich, SD), 39-31 in Friday's non-league test.
The Titans (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD). The Mustangs go into the non-league test with a 17-3 record. In their last test, Waubay/Summit thwarted Britton-Hecla (Britton, SD), 78-55, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they travel to Highmore/Harrold for a non-league test on Tuesday, March 1. Ipswich will encounter a Pirates squad coming off a 62-42 non-league win over Miller (Miller, SD). The Pirates record now stands at 12-8.
