Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA), 2-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons confront the Chestatee War Eagles (Gainesville, GA) in a AAAA Region 8 challenge, on Tuesday, March 1. Jefferson will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The War Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 0-0 non-league North Hall (Gainesville, GA).

The Red Raiders now have a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Hall for a AAAA Region 8 challenge on Tuesday, March 1. Madison County will confront a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Johnson (Gainesville, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 4-6.
