Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX) and the host Allen Eagles (Allen, TX), saw McNeil's baseball squad knock off Allen by a count of 9-2.

Coming up next, the Mavericks play the Lake Belton Broncos (Temple, TX) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 2. McNeil will attempt to move on its 3-1 season record. The Broncos enter the battle with a 3-1 record after their 12-4 non-league win over Bryan (Bryan, TX).
