The Benedictine Cadets baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Oglethorpe County Patriots to 1 in the Cadets non-league victory on Saturday.
The Cadets (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Chapel Hill (Douglasville, GA). The Panthers go into the non-league match with a 5-4 record. In their last match, Chapel Hill gained a win over Oglethorpe County (Lexington, GA), 3-2, in a non-league match.
The Patriots (3-5) will now prepare for their match against Dawson County (Dawsonville, GA). The Tigers go into the non-league match with a 2-2 record. In their last match, Dawson County was overwhelmed by Benedictine (Savannah, GA), 4-3, in a non-league match.
