Illinois High School Basketball - Freeport topped by Crystal Lake South

The Crystal Lake South Gators basketball team scored 62 points and restricted the visiting Freeport Pretzels to 44 in the Gators non-league victory on Saturday.
The Gators now sport a 25-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Marmion for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 28. Crystal Lake South will battle a Cadets team coming off a 87-61 non-league win over Kaneland (Maple Park, IL). The Cadets record now stands at 21-11.
