The Capistrano Valley Christian Eagles held off the host Segerstrom Jaguars volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Eagles now have a 5-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league test on Saturday, February 25. Capistrano Valley Christian will confront a Timberwolves team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Jordan (Long Beach, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 5-2.
The Jaguars (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Santa Ana (Santa Ana, CA). The Saints enter the non-league test with a 1-1 record. In their last test, Santa Ana was nudged by Oxford Academy (Cypress, CA), 3-1, in a non-league test.
