Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Eastern CT Eagles can't get by Guilford

In Saturday's league test, the visiting Guilford Grizzlies ice hockey team scored a tight 5-4 win over the Eastern CT Eagles .
The Grizzlies (8-6) will now prepare for their test against Hamden (Hamden, CT). The Green Dragons enter the non-league test with a 3-15 record. In their last test, Hamden was nipped by Fairfield Prep (Fairfield, CT), 9-0, in a league test.
Next up, the encounter the Housatonic/Northwestern/Wamogo Mountaineers (Falls Village, CT) in a Nutmeg Conference test, on Sunday, February 26. Eastern CT Eagles will attempt to advance on its 5-13 season record. The Mountaineers enter the test with a 2-14 record after their 7-4 non-league loss to Rocky Hill/RHAM/Middletown (Rocky Hill, CT).
