The Artesia Bulldogs baseball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Clovis Wildcats to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Saturday.
The Bulldogs (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Roswell (Roswell, NM). The Coyotes go into the non-league match with a 2-0 record. In their last match, Roswell gained a win over Hobbs (Hobbs, NM), 12-10, in a non-league match.
The Wildcats (1-2) will now prepare for their match against Lovington (Lovington, NM). The Wildcats go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record. In their last match, Lovington was overwhelmed by Clovis (Clovis, NM), 6-1, in a non-league match.
