Mauldin Mavericks (Mauldin, SC) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad gain a win over the host Spartanburg Vikings (Spartanburg, SC), 6-4 in a non-league battle.
The Mavericks now have a 2-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Boiling Springs for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 1.
In their next game, the Vikings clash with the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, March 1. Spartanburg will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Blue Eagles come into the battle with a 1-0 record after their 6-1 league win over Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC).
