In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Academic Magnet Raptors soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the May River Sharks .
The Raptors (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Waccamaw (Pawley's Island, SC). The Warriors come into the non-league battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, Waccamaw nudged West Ashley (Charleston, SC), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
The Sharks (1-1) will now prepare for their battle against Benedictine (Savannah, GA). The Cadets come into the non-league battle with a 3-4 record. In their last battle, Benedictine was nudged by Glynn Academy (Brunswick, GA), 2-0, in a non-league battle.
