Braswell Bengals (Little Elm, TX) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers (Frisco, TX), 3-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Bengals now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Reedy for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. Braswell will battle a Lions squad coming off a 14-2 non-league win over Braswell (Little Elm, TX). The Lions record now stands at 10-1.

With the loss, Lebanon Trail falls to 4-9 on the campaign. The Trail blazers travel to Lone Star (Frisco, TX) to battle the Rangers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Rangers enter the challenge with a record of 12-1. Lone Star won 6-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Krum (Krum, TX)
