The Hornets now sport a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Dawson for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 2. Hudson will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 5-3 non-league loss to Lorena (Lorena, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-5.

With the loss, Brookeland falls to 3-2 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Silsbee (Silsbee, TX) to face the Tigers in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 27. The Tigers enter the challenge with a record of 2-0. Silsbee won 4-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Cleveland (Cleveland, TX)
