Summer Creek Bulldogs (Houston, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting MacArthur Generals (Houston, TX), 13-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Bulldogs now sport a 9-5 record. They take the field next when they host West Brook for a 6A Region III District 21 challenge on Tuesday, February 28. Summer Creek will face a Bruins squad coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Bridge City (Bridge City, TX). The Bruins record now stands at 0-1.

With the loss, MacArthur falls to 3-6 on the campaign. The Generals travel to Aldine (Houston, TX) to face the Mustangs in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge on Tuesday, February 28. The Mustangs enter the challenge with a record of 0-6. Aldine lost 10-9 in their recent league challenge against Benjamin Davis (Houston, TX)
