In Tuesday's non-league bout, the Albany Hornets (Albany, LA) baseball squad overwhelmed the visiting Family Christian Flames (Baton Rouge, LA), by a tally of 12-2.
Next up, the Hornets encounter the West Feliciana Saints (St. Francisville, LA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 26. Albany will attempt to upgrade on its 2-5 season record. The Saints enter the bout with a 6-3 record after their 15-1 non-league win over Madison Prep Academy (Baton Rouge, LA).
The Flames (5-2) will now prepare for their bout against Tara (Baton Rouge, LA). The Trojans enter the non-league bout with a 3-0 record. In their last bout, Tara overcame False River (New Roads, LA), 15-9, in a non-league bout.
