The Chelsea Hornets (Chelsea, AL) baseball trounced the host Mountain Brook Spartans (Birmingham, AL), 6-0 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Hornets now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they host Briarwood Christian for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 4.
With the defeat, Mountain Brook drops to 3-2 on the year. The Spartans travel to Wesleyan Christian Academy (High Point, NC) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Wesleyan Christian Academy lost 7-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Hueytown (Hueytown, AL)
