California High School Baseball - Encinal edges Las Lomas

The Encinal Jets (Alameda, CA) baseball the host Las Lomas Knights (Walnut Creek, CA), 4-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

The Jets now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to San Leandro for a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. Encinal will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Skyline (Oakland, CA). The Pirates record now stands at 1-0.

With the defeat, Las Lomas drops to 0-1 on the year. The Knights travel to Saint Mary's (Albany, CA) to clash with the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 28. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. Saint Mary's lost 10-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Oakland Tech (Oakland, CA)
