North Carolina High School Baseball - South Stanly sneaks past Montgomery Central

February 25, 2025: Norwood, NC 28128

The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC) and the visiting Montgomery Central Timberwolves (Troy, NC), saw South Stanly's baseball team get by Montgomery Central by a tally of 3-2.

The Rowdy Rebel Bulls (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC). The Colts enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, West Stanly was tipped by Cuthbertson (Waxhaw, NC), 10-0, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Timberwolves face the Southwestern Randolph Cougars (Asheboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 28. Montgomery Central will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Cougars enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 6-1 non-league loss to Asheboro (Asheboro, NC).
