The crowd at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Ocean Springs Greyhounds (Ocean Springs, MS) and the visiting Stone Tomcats (Wiggins, MS), saw Ocean Springs's baseball team gain a win over Stone by a tally of 4-0.

The Greyhounds (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Long Beach (Long Beach, MS). The Bearcats enter the non-league battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, Long Beach held off East Central (Moss Point, MS), 8-4, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tomcats face the Poplarville Hornets (Poplarville, MS) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 27. Stone will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record. The Hornets enter the battle with a 5-2 record after their 5-1 non-league win over West Jones (Laurel, MS).
