Virginia High School Basketball - Wakefield School defeats Brunswick Academy

The Wakefield School Fighting Owls (The Plains, VA) basketball were winner over the host Brunswick Academy Vikings (Lawrenceville, VA), 56-42 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Fighting Owls now possess a 14-6 record. They play next when they travel to Fairfax Christian for a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 26. Wakefield School will play a Cardinals team coming off a 51-44 non-league win over Evergreen Christian (Leesburg, VA). The Cardinals record now stands at 21-12.

With the loss, Brunswick Academy falls to 19-8 on the campaign.
