Indiana High School Basketball - Jennings County holds off Scottsburg

February 25, 2025: Scottsburg, IN 47170

The Jennings County Panthers basketball team scored 56 points and limited the host Scottsburg Warriors to 54 in the Panthers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Panthers now have a 10-13 record. They play next when they host Franklin Community for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Jennings County will confront a Grizzly Cubs team coming off a 54-52 non-league loss to Columbus North (Columbus, IN). The Grizzly Cubs record now stands at 7-13.

With the loss, Scottsburg falls to 6-14 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Mitchell (Mitchell, IN) to confront the Bluejackets in a non-league game on Friday, February 28. The Bluejackets go into the game with a record of 15-8. Mitchell won 50-42 in their recent non-league game against Shoals (Shoals, IN)
