North Carolina High School Basketball - R-S Central succumbs to Shelby

February 25, 2025: Shelby, NC 28152

In Tuesday's non-league test, the Shelby Golden Lions (Shelby, NC) basketball squad defeated the visiting R-S Central Hilltoppers (Rutherfordton, NC), by a final score of 69-53.

Next, the Golden Lions clash with the Owen Warhorses (Black Mountain, NC) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 28. Shelby will attempt to upgrade on its 19-7 season record. The Warhorses come into the test with a 19-6 record after their 71-62 non-league win over T.W. Andrews (High Point, NC).
