In Tuesday's non-league test, the West Vigo Vikings (West Terre Haute, IN) basketball squad knocked off the host Shakamak Lakers (Jasonville, IN), by a score of 54-39.
Next, the Vikings encounter the Riverton Parke Panthers (Montezuma, IN) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, February 26. West Vigo will attempt to improve on its 12-11 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 7-14 record after their 72-57 league loss to South Vermillion (Clinton, IN).
The Lakers (12-12) will now prepare for their test against Owen Valley (Spencer, IN). The Patriots come into the non-league test with a 4-19 record. In their last test, Owen Valley went down by Greencastle (Greencastle, IN), 61-41, in a league test.
