Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Tuesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host School for Entrepreneurship & Technology Lions (San Diego, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.

With the win, Steele Canyon improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Cougars host Valhalla (El Cajon, CA) to face the Norsemen in a Grossmont Valley test on Tuesday, March 18. The Norsemen go into the test with a record of 1-1.

The Lions now own a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Escondido Adventist Academy for a non-league test on Thursday, February 27.
