North Carolina High School Basketball - Ashley trounced by Apex Friendship

The Ashley Screaming Eagle basketball squad (Wilmington, NC), was crushed 64-39 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC)

With the victory, Apex Friendship advances its record to 24-4 on the year. The Patriots travel to Overhills (Spring Lake, NC) to meet the Jaguars in a non-league battle on Friday, February 28. The Jaguars enter the battle with a record of 19-8. Overhills won 79-33 in their recent non-league battle against Corinth Holders (Wendell, NC)

The Screaming Eagle now own a 10-16 record.
