DeWitt Panthers (DeWitt, MI) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Cedar Springs Red Hawks (Cedar Springs, MI), 44-34 in a non-league match.

With the victory, DeWitt upgrades its record to 20-1 on the year. The Panthers host Caledonia (Caledonia, MI) to face the Fighting Scots in a non-league match on Thursday, February 27. The Fighting Scots come into the challenge with a record of 15-4.

In their next game, the Red Hawks battle the Newaygo Lions (Newaygo, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 27. Cedar Springs will attempt to improve on its 16-5 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 19-3 record after their 50-31 non-league win over Coopersville (Coopersville, MI).
