Virginia High School Basketball - Gainesville fells Colonial Forge

The Gainesville Cardinals basketball team scored 57 points and limited the host Colonial Forge Eagles to 47 in the Cardinals non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now have a 15-11 record. They play next when they travel to Osbourn Park for a non-league game on Friday, February 28. Gainesville will confront a Yellowjackets team coming off a 64-11 non-league win over Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Yellowjackets record now stands at 22-3.
With the loss, Colonial Forge falls to 16-8 on the campaign.
