McNary Celtics (Keizer, OR) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they observed their basketball team edge the visiting Westview Wildcats (Portland, OR), 63-58 in a non-league challenge.
The Celtics (5-17) will now prepare for their challenge against South Salem (Salem, OR). The Saxons come into the non-league challenge with a 16-7 record.
In their next game, the Wildcats battle the Sunset Apollos (Portland, OR) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 28. Westview will attempt to better on its 4-19 season record. The Apollos come into the challenge with a 3-18 record after their 62-47 non-league loss to Southridge (Beaverton, OR).
