In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Dalton Catamounts lacrosse squad scored a tight 7-3 triumph over the Girls Prep Bruisers.
The Catamounts (2-1) will now prepare for their contest against Kennesaw Mountain (Kennesaw, GA). The Mustangs go into the non-league contest with a 1-2 record. In their last contest, Kennesaw Mountain held off Lakeside (Atlanta, GA), 16-6, in a non-league contest.
Next, the Bruisers meet the Lovett Lions (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, March 1. Girls Prep will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Lions go into the contest with a 2-1 record after their 10-8 non-league win over Kell (Marietta, GA).
