The La Costa Canyon Mavericks lacrosse squad scored 23 points and limited the visiting Francis Parker Lancers to 2 in the Mavericks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Mavericks now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Scripps Ranch for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 7.
With the loss, Francis Parker falls to 0-2 on the year. The Lancers travel to Carlsbad (Carlsbad, CA) to clash with the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 27. The Lancers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Carlsbad won 17-0 in their recent league challenge against Westview (San Diego, CA)
