Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Cedartown Bulldogs (Cedartown, GA) and the host Coosa Eagles (Rome, GA), saw Cedartown's soccer squad prevail over Coosa by a count of 5-1.
The Bulldogs (3-0) will now prepare for their battle against Central (Carrollton, GA). The Lions enter the non-league battle with a 1-3 record. In their last battle, Central Douglas County (Douglasville, GA), 1-1, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Eagles confront the Dade County Wolverines (Trenton, GA) in a 1A D-I Region 7 battle, on Thursday, February 27. Coosa will attempt to upgrade on its 0-3 season record. The Wolverines enter the battle with a 0-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Ridgeland (Rossville, GA).
