The Habersham Central Raiders soccer squad scored 4 points and held the visiting Walnut Grove Warriors to 3 in the Raiders non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Raiders now possess a 4-1 record. They play next when they travel to Apalachee for a 5A Region 8 bout on Friday, February 28. Habersham Central will play a Wildcats squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Dacula (Dacula, GA). The Wildcats record now stands at 2-3.

With the loss, Walnut Grove moves to 1-4 on the year. The Warriors host Madison County (Danielsville, GA) to play the Red Raiders in a 4A Region 8 bout on Friday, February 28. The Red Raiders go into the bout with a record of 3-1. Madison County lost 7-0 in their recent league bout against North Oconee (Bogart, GA)
