The Bishop Amat Lancers baseball team scored 4 runs and limited the host Los Alamitos Griffins to 0 in the Lancers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Lancers (3-2) will now prepare for their match against La Salle (Pasadena, CA). The Lancers enter the Del Rey battle with a 3-3 record. In their last battle, La Salle was overwhelmed by La Canada (La Canada, CA), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
The Griffins now sport a 2-3 record. They take the field next when they host El Toro for a non-league game on Tuesday, March 1. Los Alamitos will clash with a Chargers team coming off a 5-4 non-league loss to Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA). The Chargers record now stands at 4-2.
