The Murrieta Valley Nighthawks held off the visiting Claremont Wolfpack volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Nighthawks now have a 1-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to San Juan Hills for a non-league test on Saturday, February 26. Murrieta Valley will confront a Stallions team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Beckman (Irvine, CA). The Stallions record now stands at 2-2.

The Wolfpack (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Villa Park (Villa Park, CA). The Spartans enter the non-league test with a 0-1 record. In their last test, Villa Park was nudged by Portola (Irvine, CA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
