The South Aiken Thoroughbreds soccer team scored 1 points and limited the host Sumter Fighting Gamecocks to 0 in the Thoroughbreds non-league victory on Saturday.
Next, the Thoroughbreds face the Harlem Bulldogs (Harlem, GA) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, March 1. South Aiken will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 6-2 record after their 10-0 league win over Hephzibah (Hephzibah, GA).
The Fighting Gamecocks now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host South Florence for a non-league contest on Wednesday, March 2. Sumter will face a Bruins team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to St. James (Murrells Inlet, SC). The Bruins record now stands at 0-3.
