The Alice Coyotes (Alice, TX) softball routed the visiting Miller Buccaneers (Corpus Christi, TX), 8-1 in Saturday's non-league contest.
With the triumph, Alice moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Coyotes travel to Cigarroa (Laredo, TX) to play the Toros in a non-league contest on Friday, March 4. The Toros come into the contest with a record of 2-10.
In their next game, the Buccaneers play the Skidmore-Tynan Bobcats (Skidmore, TX) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 26. Miller will attempt to move on its 10-2 season record.
