In Saturday's non-league contest, the Rosebud-Lott Cougars (Rosebud, TX) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Chilton Pirates (Chilton, TX), by a margin of 21-0.
With the triumph, Rosebud-Lott moves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Cougars travel to Milano (Milano, TX) to play the Eagles in a 2A Region IV District 27 contest on Friday, March 11. The Eagles come into the contest with a record of 6-1.
In their next game, the Pirates play the Coolidge Yellowjackets (Coolidge, TX) in a 1A Region II District 14 contest, on Monday, March 7. Chilton will attempt to move on its 0-3 season record.
