The Georgetown Bulldogs routed the visiting Socastee Braves softball squad by a final score of 10-4 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Bulldogs (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against North Myrtle Beach (Little River, SC). The Chiefs go into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, North Myrtle Beach held off Socastee (Myrtle Beach, SC), 11-1, in a non-league battle.
The Braves now possess a 1-4 record. They play next when they travel to Carolina Forest for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 26. Socastee will meet a Panthers squad coming off a 14-2 non-league loss to Lake View (Lake View, SC). The Panthers record now stands at 0-1.
