The Panthers now own a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Hoover for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 26. Jemison will face a Buccaneers squad coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Vestavia Hills (Vestavia Hills, AL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Paul W. Bryant falls to 0-5 on the campaign. The Stampede travel to Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL) to face the Spartans in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 1.
