The West Oso Bears routed the visiting Port Aransas Marlins softball squad by a final score of 12-6 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Bears (2-5) will now prepare for their battle against Woodsboro (Woodsboro, TX). The Eagles go into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record. In their last battle, Woodsboro was routed by Taft (Taft, TX), 8-0, in a non-league battle.
The Marlins now possess a 1-9 record. They play next when they travel to San Diego for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 26. Port Aransas will meet a Vaqueros squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Taft (Taft, TX). The Vaqueros record now stands at 1-2.
