The Phoenix Falcons basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Covert Bulldogs to 59 in the Falcons non-league triumph on Monday.

The Falcons now sport a 5-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lawrence for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 28. Phoenix will meet a Tigers team coming off a 58-54 league win over Marcellus (Marcellus, MI). The Tigers record now stands at 9-13.
