Notre Dame Green Knights (West Haven, CT) followers left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their ice hockey team nip the visiting Northwest Catholic Lions (West Hartford, CT), 3-2 in a non-league match.

The Green Knights (14-4) will now prepare for their match against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT). The Lancers enter the non-league match with a 2-14 record. In their last match, Notre Dame Catholic was nipped by Hamden (Hamden, CT), 4-2, in a non-league match.
