The Triton Hawks baseball team (Erwin, NC), was overwhelmed 14-1 in Monday's non-league outing with the visiting Cleveland Rams (Clayton, NC)

The Rams now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Johnston for a non-league outing on Friday, March 1. Cleveland will face a Wildcats team coming off a 8-0 non-league win over Southern Nash (Bailey, NC). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-0.

Next, the Hawks face the Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Thursday, February 29. Triton will attempt to advance on its 0-1 season record. The Colts enter the outing with a 1-0 record after their 12-4 non-league win over Whiteville (Whiteville, NC).
