The Hazlehurst Indians baseball squad (Hazlehurst, MS), was overwhelmed 20-3 in Wednesday's non-league contest with the host Canton Tigers (Canton, MS)

With the triumph, Canton moves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Tigers host Crystal Springs (Crystal Springs, MS) to confront the Tigers in a non-league contest on Friday, February 28. The Tigers come into the contest with a record of 0-2.

The Indians now possess a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crystal Springs for a 3A Region 6 contest on Tuesday, March 4.
