The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Northern Guilford Nighthawks (Greensboro, NC) and the visiting Randleman Tigers (Randleman, NC), saw Northern Guilford's baseball team gain a win over Randleman by a tally of 12-2.

The Nighthawks (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against East Davidson (Thomasville, NC). The Golden Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, East Davidson was overwhelmed by Central Davidson (Lexington, NC), 11-1, in a non-league battle.

Next, the Tigers face the Northwest Guilford Vikings (Greensboro, NC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, February 28. Randleman will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Vikings enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 5-4 non-league loss to Burlington Christian Academy (Burlington, NC).
