The Manchester Panthers basketball squad (Akron, OH), was crushed 62-30 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Canton Central Catholic Crusaders (Canton, OH)

With the victory, Canton Central Catholic advances its record to 17-6 on the year. The Crusaders travel to Trinity (Garfield Heights, OH) to meet the Trojans in a non-league battle on Saturday, March 1. The Trojans enter the battle with a record of 11-12. Trinity won 51-46 in their recent non-league battle against Fairview (Fairview Park, OH)

The Panthers now own a 14-9 record.
